This thing really does tightly hold doors in position. Be careful though, while testing I placed on the outside of the door and closed it… Needless to say I was stuck in my room until I called my boyfriend.

My mother in law lives in a senior apartment building and the doors for some reason are SUPER heavy with an auto close.
