I got these to have some rotation in the bowls for cleaning. We do a raw diet for the cats and this way it is easy to have one in the dishwasher and the other ready to use and rotate through. The little scooper is good for our cat who has is on a diet too.

These are replacements. The fishes will last forever but the rubber bottoms just fell apart after a couple of years. I could load each meals dishes in dishwasher until we wash at night. The rubber does wear over time so I remove it before they go in dishwasher.
